Steven Stempel

What a magnificent place to live and work here in the lovely Lowcountry. With so much to do and experience throughout this area, Steven Stempel has made it a home for his wife Rebecca, their two children Ethan and Jacqueline and their four-legged members Bentley and Koal. The past several years raising a family here in Bluffton and Hilton Head Island has been exceptional. He couldn’t be happier in any other place. Coming from Central Florida and living throughout that state and northern Virginia, he grew up hearing stories from his father and grandparents about their travels to this area and how they enjoyed the beaches, history and lifestyle.

When his father was young, twice a year he and his parents would travel from New Jersey to see his grandparents in Hollywood, Florida. Their pit stop would always be either Hilton Head Island or Savannah, Georgia on the way down and back up! So, when his wife and him were living and working in Orlando, Florida and they decided they wanted to start a family in a new place, he had the perfect spot in mind. He has been practicing real estate since 2014 in South Carolina, collaborating with the best client buyers and sellers, aiding them with their dream homes, investments and vacation properties. He takes immense pride in treating his clients to the utmost respect, knowledge and courtesy to achieve their goals in finding that special property.

His fulfillment comes when he hands over the keys to the many wonderful families and clients during the time together. Communication is the most important part of his relationship with clients as he looks throughout the Lowcountry to pick up, construct and develop his clients’ perfect home.
