If you’re looking for a realtor to guide you through one of the biggest decisions of your life I wouldn’t look any further than Steve Varhol. Steve is one of the most honest, caring, and hard-working people in the industry. From the moment you sit down with him to discuss the selling/buying process he will make you comfortable and confident in the fact that he’s there to cater to your every need. Normally the selling/buying process tends to be one of the most stressful times in your life, but Steve makes sure to take that stress on his shoulders so you can focus on what’s most important in your daily life. In this market it is imperative that you have someone who is an excellent negotiator who always has your best interest in mind. He has a way of talking to people to get them to understand both sides of the coin which will normally aid in tilting the scale in your favor. With Steve the relationship doesn’t end at the sale/purchase of a home as he does an impeccable job at networking. Unless you’re purchasing a brand-new property you’ll normally have work that you’d like to do to your new home. Through the connections Steve has made over the years he will be sure to set you up with someone that will take care of your every need. Steve is great! He was always available when I needed help, or had questions. We needed to buy a new home pretty urgently, and he helped us find a place and close within about 3 weeks in 2021 in a wild market. He took the time to explain things to me in a way that I understood. He was very flexible in terms of scheduling. I can not recommend him enough.

Steve was wonderful to work with! He was very knowledgeable and explained every part of the home buying process thoroughly, which was great for us being first time homebuyers. He was flexible when scheduling tours and communicative throughout the whole process (always responsive to texts/calls/emails at night and on the weekends). Steve is very positive and genuinely cares about getting you what you want. We had such a great experience working with him and would recommend to anyone!

Simply the best in the business. My wife and I can't speak highly enough of him! We greatly appreciated Steve's proactive communication to make sure we were always making the most educated decision in any circumstance. That led us to being patient when needed, and then aggressive when it mattered to get our dream house.
