Steven, born and raised in Tenafly, New Jersey, until moving to Florida's East Coast in 1983. Married to his lovely Mary, who he met on the sands of Hollywood Beach in '84 ( yes 1984 ! ). Together they have one Son, Stanley Tyler, a 6x Pop Warner All American Scholar-Athlete, National Honors Society Member, Florida State University Biological Science Honors Major, Garnet and Gold Scholastic inductee, and Honors Graduate, recently accepted into The George Washington University's fall 2020 Graduate Program in Public Health & Epidemiology continuing his journey towards becoming a Doctor.
Steven’s work ethics are a culmination of growing up in a Family-owned North Jersey Retail environment [Marcia's] and working in conjunction with two of South Florida’s Premier Waterfront Developers for over a decade.
Relocating to the Gulf Coast in 2000, Steven has been a driving force within his Coastal Boating Community, the Developer's Representative from 2000 to 2010, a Multi-Million Dollar & Top Sales Associate.
Steven, a proud supporter of his Son’s education & sports interests, included being a local youth volunteer assistant coach (2009-2013) for their Pop Warner West Pasco Prowlers Tackle Football Team.
