About Stewart
I became a realtor in 2016, and over the past decade I've personally been part of more than 150 transactions, accounting for more than $55 million in sales. My team has also sold more than $100 million in real estate since forming in 2020. But to me, real estate has never really been about the numbers.
Real estate is about people. It's making friends, giving folks the information they need to make good decisions, and doing exactly what I love. I love handing someone the keys to the perfect house, especially when it's their FIRST home. And I love getting to tell a seller we got more for their home than they expected. Those moments never get old.
The numbers I'm proudest of aren't the flashy ones. They're my $330,000 median sale price and my 99% sale-to-list ratio, because those represent real people. First-time buyers. Young families. Single moms. Retirees. I've sold multi-million-dollar properties and I've sold a house for $84,500, and every one mattered the same to me.
That also means having the hard conversations. I've told sellers their home was overpriced when they didn't want to hear it. I've lost listings because another agent promised the moon. But I can sleep at night knowing I told the truth to the best of my experience.
I graduated valedictorian of my high school, so the analytical, nerdy side of this business, pricing strategy, market trends, and negotiation, genuinely excites me. I bring that to our local MLS too, serving on the RealTracs Advisory Council as a representative of Sumner Realtors.
This year my team was also recognized by RealTrends Verified as part of the top 1.5% of REALTORS in the country based on sales volume. We're grateful, but what means the most is getting to keep serving Middle Tennessee families.
Before real estate, I was in music full-time. I still get to perform alongside my wife and best friend, Holly, as our duo The Springs (we met at the Bluebird Cafe). We're raising our boys here, we stay rooted in our church community, and at the end of the day my order never changes: Christian. Husband. Father. REALTOR.
I'm proud to do what I love at RE/MAX Choice Properties, and I'm honored by every person who's trusted me along the way.
