Stoner helped me buy my first home in 2014, then in subsequent years he's been my agent on two more rental house purchases. Stoner is perhaps the most organized and thorough person I've ever met. He never misses a detail, and he always seems two steps ahead of every twist and turn of the real estate game with paperwork and communication. Just as important to me is the sense of calm and confidence he brings to every deal. Stoner approaches his role as a partnership rather than just facilitating a financial deal, and I always sense that his heart is truly with finding the right property for me and my situation. I have recommended Stoner without reservation to several of my friends and acquaintances over the years, and I will continue to do so as long as he is in the business.

Stoner assisted me a few years ago in purchasing a rental property, and I additionally worked with Stoner to submit a bid on a primary residence. In all my dealings with Stoner, things could not have gone smoother. He conscientiously listened to my inquiries and acted accordingly with the sellers to answer my detailed questions. Stoner's knowledge of the Asheville area - and I'm assuming the surrounding region - was hugely helpful in providing the guidance I needed. Most importantly, Stoner is responsive and expeditious which have proven to be essential traits in the Asheville real estate market. He even toured a house for me the evening of my request since I was out of the state at the time. I also respect the fact that, when asked, Stoner will gladly offers opinions on reasonable offer prices, quality of neighborhoods, or any other experience-based question. Stoner would be the only agent I would want to work with in any future real estate ventures.
