Stuart is wonderful to work with. I was on the buying side on two homes with him and selling side for one. He consistently responded very quickly and never tried to pressure any action out of me. He helped with little tasks to help make my life easier such as changing out carbon monoxide detectors on my home prior to sale since I was out of town. We became friends over the course of our interactions and plan to remain so in the future.

Hello! I wasn't really sure I wanted to sell my beautiful condo on the river but then Stuart Stevens sold the one above mine quite easily. It got my attention and I decided to give him a chance. He not only was very professional and always prompt on answering any questions or concerns that I had, he also got me the best deal possible! And my unit sold in a month. Usually units priced high go slowly, with tons of showings. My unit sold quickly to someone on the east coast who loved the virtual tour. I highly recommend Stuart Stevens to buy or sell any property.

It’s been such a pleasure working with Stuart. He always made time for me and found condominiums for me to look at that met my exact specifications. I’m so happy that he helped me find the perfect condo, in the area I wanted. He did a great job working with and the seller’s realtor to get me the best deal.

Stuart Stevens handled the sale of our Portland condominium. He did a great job communicating during the entire process, and demonstrated excellent judgement regarding pricing and buyer/seller negotiations. In addition, because we were not local during much of the process, he helped immensely in managing the various inspections, appraisal, and repairs needed to close escrow on our condo. Definitely a good guy, trustworthy, forthright, down to earth. Highly recommended.

Stuart helped us find and buy a house in the Portland area and did a great job. He asks good questions and really listens to you. We are relocating from California so it was a big help to have someone as responsive as him on the ground there in Portland keeping everything moving forward for us. I'd highly recommend him!

We have had the pleasure of working with Stuart buying a condo and then recently selling the same condo. Stuart's knowledge of the area, HOA rules and requirments as well as background knowledge on the buildings we looked at were very helpful. Stuart is an expert on this. He went above and beyond by researching information regarding renting our condo out we initially purchased the property. Recently, during the sale, he made the transaction as smooth as possible which took away any anxiety I had. I would never go to anyone else.

When we first spoke to Stuart, we were certain we would be unable to make enough money on our condo to be able to move into something we would like more. He got us an offer we could not refuse three days after our condo was listed and showed us a condo we fell in love with the day before we received the offer on our place. We are sure that the advertising material he put together helped us get this great offer. We were ready to go. Stuart had already shown us a variety of places before we would let him list our place. He was available to walk us through every step of the process and when our bank was slow to approve our mortgage he sent us to an associate who got things done quickly. We could not ask for better, more professional service and all along we were impressed with his desire to accommodate our wishes and his pleasant, friendly presence.

I have worked with many realtor in my life and my expectations have been consistently lowered by either a lack of knowledge, communication or ability to close a deal. Stuart exceeded everything by a large margin. Our transaction was very difficult (house fire in middle of closing) and he stayed with us and helped keep it going all the way to a close. Frankly I don't think he was paid enough and I always feel the other way. I highly recommend Stuart and will use him for any future transactions. He is an exceptional professional.
