About Suada

As a native of Bosnia, Suada Nisic’s family was able to move to the United States in 1997. They survived many years in a war-torn country and were able to come to America, where they worked. Suada Nisic stayed five years in the war and risked her life to make it to the United States. She dedicates herself to helping you find the right home or selling your home. She was able to learn English and learn the customs of her new country during her first job. She advanced into a supervisory role and spent twelve years training others and aiding them with their career advancement. Helping others was a natural fit, and she excelled at her job. In 2010, when Suada and her husband sold their home, their real estate agent suggested that she should get a real estate license. His encouragement has turned into a career that she genuinely loves. In 2011, she began her real estate career and recently joined Century 21 Results Realty Services in Cumming, Georgia. After a successful start in residential sales, she discovered a passion for collaborating with buyers and sellers. She quickly sold over a million dollars in real estate in her first year. She prides herself in going beyond for her clients, and her clients appreciate her devotion and honesty. Suada is a member of the 400 North Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She enjoys taking real estate classes to stay ahead of the competition and has a fundamental understanding of all the latest tools available to the market and sell homes successfully.
