A brief background on me. Prior to becoming a full-time Realtor in Orlando, I worked for one of the best private real-estate developers in Toronto, Canada. This valuable experience taught me all the critical details that go into real-estate construction including how pricing strategies are implemented; especially when dealing in phase development. I use this experience and insight to my clients' advantage and ensure that they are well-positioned for the transaction.
Prior to joining the Toronto based developer, I owned and managed a very successful travel agency in Toronto, Canada for more than 35 years. This experience taught me to focus on the fine details that matter the most to my clients like the budget, location, amenities, and safety.
Just like a seasoned travel agent, I have the local real-estate knowledge to help you plan, choose, and arrange tours and appointments with some of the finest builders in Orlando.
Since Orlando is a world-class vacation destination city, I also specialize in vacation homes. I currently work alongside several developers who sell vacation homes near Disney, Universal, and Sea World. Many of my clients have used my experience in helping them find vacation communities that have a positive return on investment opportunities.
