She did the research to establish a listing price that was so accurate that it not only met our needs but also attracted three offers the first day our house was shown. All exceeded the listing price.

Sue also minimized the charges that we were required to pay the buyer to close on our house.

My wife and I have been working with Sue Camara for a little over two years now. The market in South Florida can be frustrating but Sue was there to help us through it. We must have looked at 30+ houses and every time we asked her to look at a house she just asked "what time works for you". Sue is there to answer any question you have and with her network there's no question she can't answer.

We sold our house and needed a temporary place to live. We did not realize this would be the most difficult part of the process. Sue made phone calls and wrote letters till she was able to find us the perfect temporary living space till our home is built.

Sue made finding our Florida home a great experience. Living in MA and searching for a condo at a time when they were selling so quickly was not an easy task.
