For more than 35 years Sue has enjoyed building custom high-touch solutions to meet corporate goals, serving both domestic and global populations. As an Illinois licensed Managing Broker, she has experience leading the relocation division of a Chicago multi-office independent real estate brokerage, served as a consultant to numerous relocation management companies, and in 1992 built a relocation division from the ground up at another independent brokerage where she eventually moved into a co-owner position.
In 2017, the real estate brokerage welcomed the opportunity to merge with Baird & Warner Real Estate where she continued her corporate mobility focus in her role as Vice President, Corporate Relocation Strategies. In addition, she continues to mentor and support the expanding Relocation Decisions, a 15-year-old firm she built to support corporate needs for high-touch service to the C-suite and upper management, as well as building custom programs to support the orientation, settling-in, and real estate needs of the international transferee and family coming into metro Chicago.
Sue is driven by the desire to provide an exceptional experience with a servant's heart. She has served as Chairman of the Board for Worldwide ERC®, a former member of the U.S. Advisory Council, and has served as their Chairman of the Certification Review Board. In addition, she is the president of the Relocation Directors Council (RDC®), a former advisory council member for a number of relocation management companies, and has served as an executive board member and CRP® certification trainer for the Corporate Relocation Council (CRC) in Chicago. In 2020, Sue was awarded Mobility's highest honor when inducted into Worldwide ERC's Hall of Leaders.
