Working with Sue was genuinely one of the best parts of our home-buying experience. She has a fabulous, upbeat personality and an ability to make a stressful process feel seamless. Her availability and responsiveness is not only what you want, but what you NEED in a realtor, especially in this market. We spoke with her in the morning, mid-day, afternoon, and even evenings, and she always made us feel like a priority. She's the gold standard.

She knows the Main Line market extremely well, with deep expertise in Havertown specifically. Her attention to detail gave us needed confidence (especially as first time home buyers), and we always felt she was looking out for our best interests. Never pushy, but direct in all the right ways.

The only downside was we didn't get to spend more time with her! (that's how quick and seamless our process was).

We’d recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and truly exceptional realtor (and bonus points, you're in for some pretty sweet swag the day of settlement :)

We’re very lucky to have Sue Chupein as our realtor. Sue is professional, knowledgeable, careful, caring, … always on top of things. I trust her advices, her partners (inspection specialists, escrow firms…) are first rate, and the whole team was very responsive. Sue is gracious and a wonderful person.
