Sue Clark received her Real Estate Broker’s license in Wisconsin while managing a firm’s 300+ residential units. She sold property throughout the Milwaukee area and resided in Wauwatosa, Wis. In 1980 Sue moved to Florida and went into business as a nurseryman/retail landscaper in Lake Worth. After selling that business in 1992, she moved to Lake Placid which continues to be her home. Sue has been a licensed sales agent in Florida since 1980 and received her Broker’s license in 1999. In 2015 she started Lake & Land Realty with two other agents. Seven years later, Century 21 Myers Realty purchased Lake & Land and formed CENTURY 21 Lake & Land Myers Realty.
