Sue Coupland

The Coupland Team is unique to Intracoastal Realty and the community as a grandmother-granddaughter team. As a family in the area for generations, they promise to provide our clients with local expertise. Sue has been in real estate in the area for 35 years and has been a Top Producer at Intracoastal for the past 20 years. Sue’s children and grandchildren have been/ are in real estate- it’s a family passion. Some of Sue’s favorite things to do are to shag, have a getaway at Bald Head Island, and travel (although she swears there’s no better place than Wilmington). She looks forward to working with you on our “family team,” where you, too, will feel a part of our family and team.
