I have had the pleasure of knowing Suzanne Fox over 6 years. She has helped me in sale of both my homes over the years and was wonderful to work with on both occasions. She has always done all of the market research before we met with her to give us a realistic idea of what our home is worth and what we can expect in the weeks after we list. She is constantly monitoring the sales process and keeping us informed with any feedback. She also makes sure that we understand everything that is going on with the sale of our home. I could not recommend Suzanne enough.

Sue helped us find our home in the craziest market! She was extremely patient and accommodating with all of our requests. She held our hand through the whole process. Sue help my wife and I initially purchase a home in Naperville and when we were thinking of a move in-town it wasn't a question of which agent to use; to buy our new home and sell our current home. Ms. Fox was extremely helpful and easy to work with from beginning to end. She did a great job in advising me how to maximize the value of the house and then staging it for me. The net effect was two offers in 10 days in spite of the growing concern of the corona pandemic.
