Outside of Real Estate
When I'm not talking real estate, you can find me spending quality time with my husband Kevin and our two beautiful daughters; volunteering with the Raleigh Dream Center and the Green Chair Project; teaching in my church's Children's Ministry; trying new restaurants; enjoying good wine or coffee with good friends; traveling as much as possible; and taking long walks with my husband and our pup.

In this market you need someone who's experienced, knowledgable, attentive, patient (not pushy), and savvy; in a nutshell, that's Sue. We were very picky and were looking for a move-in ready home (that didn't break the bank) in a desirable neighborhood. I'm pretty sure we would still be looking had it not been for Sue. Not only did she have her finger on the latest listings, trends and top neighborhoods but knew what we were looking for and didn't waste our time on homes that didn't meet our needs. Being first-time home-buyers, we also required extra hand holding to make an informed decision that Sue gladly offered without hesitation. Sue was initially our realtor, and now someone who we trust and will continue to enlist for her expertise.
