Sue is a native of southwestern Virginia where she grew up in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. She earned her BA degree in Communications at Virginia Tech. Sue spent several years in the mortgage industry learning and understanding her clients’ financial situations, needs and expectations throughout the home buying process.

She transitioned to real estate from the mortgage industry in 2010 gaining extensive knowledge of the whole home buying experience. She is known and respected for her knowledge, expertise, and commitment to helping her clients achieve their homeownership goals. Her enthusiasm and passion for the real estate industry, along with her impeccable negotiating skills are key components to keeping her clients happy and satisfied throughout the home buying and selling process. Sue is constantly monitoring the main factors that affect the local real estate market in Loudoun County and the surrounding northern Virginia and DC area including employment statistics, construction costs, government controls and the changes in the mortgage industry.
