Sue Sanders is an exceptional realtor! She helped my husband and I purchase our first home 7 years ago, and just recently helped us sell that same home within 31 days! Our house went on the market on a Friday afternoon, that following Sunday we had 6 offers, that night we had the contract written up. Sue was confident that our house would be sold within one weekend and she was absolutely right! Sue was with us throughout every step of the way once we put our house on the market, anytime we needed her, she made herself available. I would like to provide some insight on the services that Sue Sanders provided for our home sale. Our home was on the market for 14 months with a grand total of 5 showings. Sue and Ryan were life savers for me. My house was on the market for a year with little or no showings. I hired Sue and Ryan and within a day of posting the house on the internet I had a showing. The house sold in 5 days. I think part of that was because I took their advice on what to do to enhance the showing of my house and it worked. Sue was extremely helpful in walking me through the entire closing process. A great team that I highly recommend!!!

Sue and her partner, Ryan, helped us find the perfect home in VA. We had to find a home from almost 3000 miles away and they made it very easy. She would jump up and immediately go look at any house we were interested in buying. She never hesitated on anything because she knew how the real estate market was at the time. She knew right away if the house she was walking through was the right one for us or not and wouldn't hesitate to tell us that we wouldn't like it. She took the list of things we wanted in a home and helped us find the perfect one. As soon as we put an offer in, she jumped to make sure everything was done so we could close on our requested date. She recommended a lender for us to use and he was absolutely amazing also! The whole experience with Sue, her partner Ryan, and the lender she recommended was absolutely fantastic and we honestly can't say anything negative about our home buying experience. Sue is like family now and we will definitely be using her and her team again when we sell our home.

Sue and her team assisted my family in selling my mother's home and an adjacent property. Sue was always professional, communicative and helpful. We have worked with other real estate agents in the past, and they have done their job, but Sue exceeded her responsibilities as well as our expectations. Even when the buyer's agent did not communicate or assist us in understanding the processes, Sue went out of her way to communicate to us. She also advocated for us throughout the process. The sale of these properties were also very peculiar and at times, difficult. Sue could have bowed out, but she stuck with us, most likely at personal cost to herself and her team. Towards the end of the sale of these properties, it was obvious to me that Sue, my mother and our family had developed more than a business relationship, but a personal relationship as well.

Sue is a super person. She helped me so very much. I would have never sold my place if it had not been for her hard work. Moving to another state and leaving her to do the sell made it even harder by not being there to help her. That did not stop her. She called and texted me often. She always made me feel good and tell me it was going to sell. She would let me know every time it was being shown. She always looked out for my interest. She fixed it so that I would not have to come to the closing when it would have been delayed due to the fact that I could not travel because of the virus. If ever I had land to sell again I would ask for Sue to handle it for me. She is the best. May our Lord bless you, Sue, for all of your kindness and help you have given to me.

Sue did a great job helping me sell my condo in the Harborview section of Suffolk. I had listed the property 18 months prior, but had no success. After relocating to the Raleigh area, I felt I needed to put the condo back on the market. Sue had been referred to me by a friend, and had also successfully sold condos in my development. Initially I was leery about working with someone who I had not met before, but from the first call I knew Sue could handle the job. She helped me with every aspect along the way ... from working with my existing renters to assisting with some painting and maintenance to ultimately delivering a buyer in less than 2 months. Everything I needed was handled by Sue in VA while I continued to enjoy my life in NC. I would definitely recommend Sue to anyone looking for an agent that is completely hands on, and if the opportunity arises again for a real estate agent, she will be the first person I call.

Sue Sanders, and her teammate Ryan Benton, are truly a skilled team of realtors. We had trouble selling our Portsmouth home with a realtor unfamiliar with the area. We switched to them after lingering on the market quite a while. the showings started flowing in, even during what typically is the slow season. Eventually, We got asking price and walked away very content, feeling like thy got us a fair deal. They suggested a course of action and didn’t deviate and it proved to be the winning formula. I’m not sold on many realtors, but I would use these two again and again.
