We came upon a listing on the Internet by chance. At the appointed date and time, we met Sue Smith in Kingman, AZ, at the listed home. She was very professional, organized, trust worthy, delightful, and she gave us alll the time that we needed. We traveled from another state for one weekend (actually one day) of house hunting. Sue had multiple listings for us to tour so that we could compare the listing we traveled to see, with other properties in the area. We found exactly what we were looking for. Sue Smith is an an exceptional lady, person, but most of all Realtor. My husband and I relocated to Kingman, AZ from CO. in April 2010. Sue Smith had never met my husband or myself but had met my parents who lived in Las Vegas Nv. I had called her from and ad I saw online while searching for a home. She was kind enough to meet with my parents and show them some homes for us until we arrived in Az. The thing that impressed me the most about Sue Smith, when my husband arrived to Kingman, AZ she went out of her way to meet with us at our hotel room the day we got into town, to give us a map of the town and areas of homes.
