Since 2004, Sue has been a trusted Healdsburg Realtor, helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate the Sonoma County real estate market. As a Certified Residential Specialist, she brings deep knowledge and experience to every transaction.
During her career, in addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, Sue has worked as a consultant for a real estate investment firm specializing in acquisition and residential renovation, gaining a deep understanding of property value, strategic improvements, and market positioning. When the market shifted in 2008, Sue focused on guiding clients through the challenges of short sales and REOs — complex transactions that required patience, strong negotiation skills, and clear communication. That period sharpened her ability to remain calm under pressure and protect her clients’ interests in challenging situations. She is proud to have helped many clients find workable solutions — and grateful that those difficult days are behind us.
One of the things Sue values most about real estate is witnessing her clients’ dreams and hard work come to life. She is known for being trustworthy, knowledgeable, empathetic, and highly communicative. Many of her clients have become not only repeat clients but lifelong friends.
Before entering real estate, she co-owned a general engineering company and also worked as a veterinary nurse, experiences that shaped her work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. She is passionate about animal welfare and supports organizations such as “Canine Companions for Independence" and “Compassion Without Borders.
Originally from Liverpool, England, she has called Sonoma County home for many years and feels deeply connected to the community. She now has two wonderful, grown children, two labradors and a hilarious orange cat. She cherishes her time with family and friends and enjoys home renovation, hiking, gardening and cooking.
