Sugaree overdelivered in every way! She helped me define what was most important to me in a home, and sent me relevant listings daily. The fact that she was so on top of it meant that I got to see houses as soon as, or even before they were listed. We ended up finding the perfect fit for me, in a great location! This was my first home purchase, and during the offer and closing process, Sugaree became my therapist in addition to my real estate agent! She patiently listened to all of my fears and talked through all of my concerns. I had complete faith that she was looking out for my best interests and am so happy that I put my trust in her! I am thrilled with my new home and grateful that she made the home buying process as smooth and peaceful as possible. I can't say enough good things about working with Sugaree!

I totally agree with the reviews on Sugaree Sands. What I would like to add is she is a complete professional and knows how to close a deal. I have closed two transactions with Sugaree. Sugaree is a Coldwell Banker agent and that means she is hardworking, honest, and operates with high integrity. She really cares about her clients and knows that she has the ability to impact lives in a positive way. Communication with Sugaree is excellent and she kept me informed throughout the entire buying process. She also stayed engaged after the sale to help me with vendors that I desperately needed. Sugaree is an experienced and talented agent with a deep knowledge of the market. Sugaree is an excellent, caring "real", realtor! She listened to my concerns and what was important to me. She went out of her way to assist me with any and all important details that needed to be addressed. She also made sure, I had a home to move to, after she sold my home. She was never pushy and always worked with my crazy schedule . I would highly recommend her in selling your home. My home sold to the first person who saw it! The only problem now, is I miss her and the sunshine she brought to my life!
