My wife and I were incredibly lucky to find Sukhi Kaur as our real estate agent. We had never owned a house and the whole process looked very daunting. She helped us throughout the entire process, explaining very patiently every step we had to take. She helped us when we got stuck and didn’t know or understand what to do next. Sukhi started searching for a house which would accommodate my wife’s special health needs. Also, because it was not convenient for us to look at homes in the daytime, Sukhi made herself available to show us houses during the evenings, as late as 8pm.
In the end, in spite of the limited inventory in the Bay Area, she found us our dream house in a lovely neighborhood, which is just perfect for us. I think that without her, we would have been totally lost. She made all this possible--not just by being an excellent professional, but also by being a kind, warm person.
