A beyond excellent service. Summer helped us (in Australia) to navigate a complex estate sale in Folkston, managing all manner of fiddly administrative issues, preparation of the property, multiple parties, all on the other side of the clock from us. A highly stressful situation made much less so by her incredibly helpful and professioal self.

So I really need to explain how good God can be if you have trust in him. When my wife finally got me to agree to the idea of selling and building our Forever Home, we went to a neighborhood that felt very comfortable with, to speak to an agent about the possibilities. Lisa McMorine was that agent and she was courtesy, professional, and very knowledgeable. She explained everything and showed us 4 different housing plans to give us the utmost information at hand. She wasn't pushy at all, she took our information and basically told us to come see her when we were ready.

We didn't formally pull the trigger til several months later and it wasn't the same neighborhood that we had looked at before. Wife found a beautiful house that was already in progress of being built and we acted on it. Called the agent listed whose name was also Lisa, scheduled an appointment to meet. Lo and behold when we went the appointment, and met Lisa in person, it was the same Lisa as before. Like I said, God is good. We didn't know she had since relocated with this new company. We felt great about it.

Lisa was awesome, she was the best and did an excellent job helping us get into the perfect home. She was very professional and customer service focused. We highly recommend Lisa and Coastal Roots Realty if you are looking to purchase your forever home.
