As a first time home buyer with absolutely zero clue how the process worked, I cannot recommend Summer Woods and her team at Cripple Creek Realty enough.
From day one, Summer made buying a home feel manageable and honestly even easy. She broke everything down in a way that actually made sense, answered what felt like a thousand questions, and handled every concern, what if, and mini spiral with patience and zero judgment. She somehow managed to keep my constantly racing mind calm, which is no small feat.
Summer gave us honest opinions, guided us through a few inevitable crash out moments, and truly held our hands when we needed it most. Working with her felt less like working with a realtor and more like working with a close friend who just happens to have all the answers and solutions.
