Sung Ahn

Born and raised in Korea, Steven moved to California at a young age, attended Fremont schools then relocated to San Diego and graduated from UC San Diego as an Economics major. After college, Steven managed operations for Kotra and supported small-to-midsize companies to establish businesses in the United States. He was later recruited by Semi Materials, a bay area solar company, as their Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing, before marrying his wife, Esther Ahn, and being introduced to the real estate business in 2008. Having helped his dad with Aceway Construction – a family-owned business based in Newark, Steven was familiar with new home construction and utilizes the skills learned from his father to help clients purchase New Construction Homes. Additionally, Steven specializes in single-family residential sales and assisting corporate clients, engineers, and tech companies relocate throughout California. The buying and selling process can be challenging and complicated.
