Susan is one of the best realtors I have dealt with. My oldest son moved back to Ohio from California last year. Susan sent him potential houses while he was in California, then worked closely with him when he made trips back to Ohio. She was always ready with several listings to show him every time he returned to Ohio. She found the perfect home for him. As part of the sale, the previous owners placed money in escrow to cover the costs of a new septic system. When there were delays in getting the work completed, Susan stepped in and worked with the county and the contractor to ensure everything was done to my son's satisfaction. All of this took place several months after the sale of the home was complete. Susan went well above and beyond. She is easy to work with and is an exceptional realtor.
