Susan Amort

Since 1993 Susan has been involved in land development, new construction and real estate sales.
Her experience in working with local and county officials, numerous builders and custom home buyers has served me well in my career. Susan is proud of the neighborhoods that she was involved in creating in the Forest Grove area of Washington County. She brought her experience in the Portland market to the coast with her!
Windermere's Pacific City office has been a great success! These past 4 years have been amazing - she is looking forward to a wonderful 2016!

In 2011 Windermere Real Estate chose to open a new office in the Neskowin/Pacific City area.
As a nearly life long Neskowin visitor and 20 year homeowner - Susan jumped at the chance to live, work and play in the area she now calls home. Four years later we are experiencing great success in representing both buyers and sellers. Living in Neskowin.... A Dream Come True!

As a member of the Neskowin/Pacific City community - Susan follows Windermere's passion for community service and involvement. She is a member of the Neskowin Community Association's board, a member of the Neskowin Beach Golf Course committee and a board member of the Pacific City Chamber of Commerce as well as volunteer for a number of events.
In 2013 her office was awarded the Business of the Year by the PC Chamber of Commerce - an award she values highly!
In 2015 they expanded their office space and staff and appreciate the support they have all received from their nearby communities.

Susan is proud to be a part of the Windermere team and look forward to serving the Oregon Coast for many years to come!
