About Susan

With more than 30 years of experience in small business ownership, management, sales and service in the building industry, Susan Babcock has her thumb on the pulse of our growing community. As a full-time REALTOR, she has built her reputation in the industry since joining Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc. in January 1995.

In using her knowledgeable professionalism with an emphasis on dedication to her clients, the native Roman has been recognized with many gold and platinum sales awards from TTW. She especially enjoys marketing and selling the lifestyle and quality of life in Rome to lay the groundwork for conversations with clients considering relocation.

Outside of real estate, she has lots of experience in home improvement and remodeling, having had some type of involvement in the building of every house in which she has ever lived. Susan and her husband, Bob, now reside in Rome’s Horseleg Creek area. Their family consists of sons Bradley, Andrew and Allen.

Susan’s hobbies include sewing, embroidery, crafting and spending time at her second home on Weiss Lake. The casual photos she posts of her sunset cruises there have been known to stir conversation, sometimes directly leading to the sale of lakefront property! She also enjoys traveling whenever she can, but admits that there is nothing like coming home to Rome.
