Susan is very hard working and dedicated to finding her clients the right home. We viewed tons of homes with her until we finally found our dream home. She is always available to answer questions and will update you on the status of an offer no matter the time. She once notified us via text after midnight about the status of an offer we submitted. She is truly the hardest working realtor around. I will recommend her to anyone I know looking to purchase in the future. Keep up the good work Susan. After we closed on our home and moved in she came to check in on us, to see how we were adjusting and to see if we needed anything which we were not expecting. She also brought us some useful and very thoughtful house warming gifts. Thank you very much for all of your hard work, knowledge, support and dedication Susan. It’s because of you we are truly happy because we found our beautiful, new home.

Her experience, quiet patience, and ability to bring together the sellers and buyer who both had very different agendas and time scales was outstanding. This letter will serve as my very high letter of recommendation for real estate agent Susan Bedron. She assisted my husband and me with the sale of our home in Amston CT in 2021. I have worked with many real estate brokers and agents on several real estate transactions over the years and can say with confidence that Susan is the best agent I have ever used.
Susan has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective agent. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. She treated my husband and me with professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a very large transaction. One of the qualities I respected the most was her no nonsense style. As a busy executive I don’t have time to waste. She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the clients time. She does a great job of listening. She does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiated effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late night emails. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in her. Our transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time.
I would not hesitate to use her as my listing agent if I were selling another property. She is very smart and transactions can sometime become very complex. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. In future transactions, I will only have Susan represent me.

Buying and selling a home is stressful, to say the least, but Susan guided, grounded, and advocated for us so we could stay on task. Susan represented us for both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one. She was always professional and very patient. She always made herself available to be with us when we looked at potential new homes (and we looked at a lot!) and was insistent about being there when our previous home was being shown. Would we recommend Susan...ABSOLUTELY!
