Her local market expertise and ability to help clients articulate their wants and needs make her an invaluable asset. Susan’s background includes leadership roles in corporate communications, public affairs, and employee relations for Pfizer, Inc., CVS, and GE Healthcare and as head of FDA Communications as a political appointee during the George W. Bush administration. She received a B.S. in Journalism and a minor in Math from Northern Illinois University.
