About Susan

Susan (“Sue”) C. DeLoria has been a resident of Maui since 1991. Educated in England, Susan graduated from London’s Ealing University with a degree in Hotel Management. She worked for Town and County Catering Services and managed many events such as the Queen’s Garden Parties at Buckingham Palace. Susan’s work also included annual premier sporting events such as Ascot and Wimbledon. Susan got the travel bug and decided to explore the great United States of America. Traveling and working across the mainland U.S., Susan found her way to Lahaina, Maui where she married and settled down with her husband, JD, a well-known and popular local singer, and entertainer.

Since being in Maui, Susan has worked in the resort and visitor industry. She launched her real estate career with Whalers Realty Inc. in February 2000 and enjoys making people’s dreams of owning property on Maui come true. Susan has a strong connection with the local Outrigger Canoe Clubs and enjoys anything to do with the ocean - paddling, sailing, snorkeling, and swimming. She still has family in the United Kingdom and a sister in Sydney, Australia and enjoys traveling to see family and friends.
