Susan Duncan grew up in the small town of Troutman, North Carolina near gorgeous Lake Norman and just north of Charlotte. Susan has always loved the water and some of her earliest and fondest memories are the times her family spent at the coast. Their favorite spot was the pristine beaches of Fort Fisher. It was at Fort Fisher where Susan learned to love the sand, the waves and the sunsets.
After owning a successful graphic design and printing company in Raleigh, Susan decided it was time to follow her dream and move to the coast. Susan lived in Wilmington where she worked in commercial real estate finance, “Bringing Wall Street Capital to Main Street Businesses.” She analyzed, formulated marketing plans and successfully secured financing for over $150 million in commercial real estate projects including shopping centers, hotels, assisted living facilities and apartment complexes. Susan also spent her time investing in real estate projects. Susan now makes her home now in the lovely village of Sneads Ferry. Susan absolutely loves working in real estate because it is so rewarding working closely with buyers and sellers in what may be one of the most important decisions of their lives.
