08/08/2017 - pstokes06 Sold a Single Family home in 2017 for approximately $2.55M in Tavernier, FL. We engaged Mrs. Holler on a very difficult assignment for the sale of several continuous real estate sites for an absent owner whom we represented. She started on this project in 2015 and we finally completed the last sale this year (2017). (The year of service entry the Zillow provides allows only for one year, unfortunately.) There were obstacles along the way, but she kept in close touch with the real estate sites personally and with our firm (which is not based in the Keys). She arranged for contractors from time to time to deal with those problems and were our eyes and ears in connection with this matter. We would hire her again in a minute.

08/10/2017 - So Fl Ray Sold a Single Family home in 2017 for approximately $325K in Key Largo, FL. Being an out of town seller, I knew I needed someone I could trust and depend on. I originally chose Susan, based on research I performed on Zillow. Her sales experience in the area appeared to be in line with what I would need. An agent that works her own listings, and produces results. Once I met with her, I knew she was going to do what needed to get done, and sell my home. I was not disappointed. Susan worked with me and my vendors, getting the house ready (cleaning/painting, and yard work). We had my home sold in record time! She even brought the buyer. 06/28/2014 - Drsmog Bought and sold a home in 2011 in Plantation, FL 33070. My son and wife , husband and myself used Susan Holler. My son lived in Japan and we were buying a short sale. Complication after complication occured but Susan continued the process. It didn't help that there was a fourteen hour difference between Susan and my son, e-mails flew back and forth. Since my son is a CPA, questions that were over and above her knowledge, she found the answer. My daughter-in-law had been a realtor in Fla. and her questions also added to the whole process. Papers were faxed back and forth numerous time and sometimes documents were flawed but Susan prevailed. If you wnat dedication, persistance, kindness, loyalty. and wise action, Susan is your woman.

Susan was amazing during the home buying process from communication with lenders, to seeing properties offered by other agents. Her knowledge of the area and the different subdivisions in the Upper Keys area proved to be a valuable tool during the process. Initially our intentions were to go with a lender that we had found online, however, with Susan's advice, she directed us to a local lender who possessed a wealth of knowledge with the lending process. Overall, if we ever sell, decide to rent, or even buy again, we will be retaining Susan's services again. If anyone is in the market for an agent that is not pushy, aggressive, yet knowledgeable and honest, Susan Holler is a great decision. *Note for below, Susan was not the listing agent for the property we purchased, however, did sell us the property with the aid of the listing agent.
