Susan Houde

Susan is a Global Real Estate Advisor with Sotheby’s International Realty, bringing a rare blend of commercial real estate experience, luxury residential expertise, and large-scale infrastructure project leadership to complex real estate transactions.

In addition to advising high-net-worth buyers and sellers across Arizona’s premier residential markets, Susan has hands-on experience in commercial, mixed-use, and land transactions, including the sale and ownership of income-producing retail buildings with residential components, garage and storage facilities, and development-ready land. Her current focus includes commercial and residential multifamily land opportunities, such as a 3.76-acre flat, elevated, multi-family-zoned development site in Mesa, Arizona.

Prior to real estate, Susan spent over a decade as a Senior Project and Program Manager in IT infrastructure, leading complex, high-value initiatives for global organizations including Microsoft, Fortune 500 enterprises. Her background includes data center build-outs, university and institutional construction projects, site selection, financial and risk analysis, vendor negotiations, and large-scale capital project delivery — experience that directly translates to development feasibility, entitlement strategy, and execution planning.

She is known for her analytical approach, disciplined execution, and ability to manage sophisticated stakeholders, making her particularly well-suited for clients navigating development.
