For Susan Houlihan, growing up in a southside Irish family with 7 sisters and 1 brother proved to be real estate boot camp - providing lessons in relationship-building, communication, and negotiation that she’s used everyday for 15 years as a top-selling broker with Platinum Partners Realtors.
