It was truly a pleasure to work with Susan. We “found each other” at an open house she was hosting in June. She took an immediate interest in our house hunting needs and wanted to help. We must have seen no less than 100 houses until we found THE ONE. Susan was extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable, reassuring, personable, and honest! She was also super kind, especially when we rescinded two bids, and never made us feel rushed or a burden. The entire journey was made so much easier, more fun, and much less stressful because of her. She even came by after settlement and measured out several rooms in our new house so we could get a better idea of how we’d situate our furniture. She will even be at our house during our upcoming move-in. Her work truly ends when her clients are settled, happy, and satisfied. She cares about what she does and about the end result for every client. I HIGHLY recommend Susan to anyone and everyone looking to buy a house in Delaware or Pennsylvania.
