She went way out of her way to help me purchase the home I was looking for. I live in Louisiana, she made it really easy to find the home I wanted. She had a list of viewings all set up when I was able to Alabama. She made recommendations on financing and make sure everything went correctly during closing. There needs to be 10 stars! Susan was the absolute best to work with. When I say everything was left in her capable hands, I mean everything!!!
She was given the keys, and all of my trust, when it came time to sell my home.
I currently live in another state and Susan handled all of the updating the house needed to be put on the market. From deciding what was needed, picking out the materials, hiring the contractors, and staging the house to perfection.
She kept me updated with every detail. I never had to reach out and wonder what was happening, she was on top of the project always. And I also need to mention she was the best bargain hunter, but never sacrificing quality.
Once the house went on the market we had multiple offers, over asking price, within a week.
Thank you Susan, for everything! You were a Godsend.

Susan helped me sell a home that was really out of date aesthetically. On a minimum budget, she helped me freshen and update my home to the point I didn't want to leave. I was really afraid to spend the money thinking I would not recoup it in the sale. She was right and I was wrong and then some! She knows the market and in the end, buyer and seller win! Her staging talent knocked it out of the park with me. I have enlisted her to give input on my new build as far as color and light. Susan is a true artist and sees things that most overlook, she uses colors to awaken your senses and set the mood. Anyone can show your house, Susan makes it welcome you home, every showing turned interactive.

Susan is really great realtor and a fantastic negotiator! She got us top dollar for our home. She really listened to us, where we were and what we wanted to achieve. It was really great working with Susan. Through the whole process of looking for and buying a house she was just truly awesome! She was always professional, always prepared, always in front of the task, reminding me, communicating with all parties involved, telling me what to do and what are my best options, without pushing me into anything, and always being so nice and polite. Buying a house is such a stressful process by itself so if you don’t have people like Susan around you, you are by a default amplifying this whole process so tremendously that it might break you, or is going to fail. I wasn’t entirely aware of it, until I started looking for a house - there are many moving pieces involved.
In summary, looking for a perfect agent, look no further, you have just found her.
