Susan has been a Maryland real estate agent since 2002 and currently hold my Associate Broker's license. She grew up in Maryland, have been a resident for over 50+ years and am currently living, working, and raising my family in this wonderful state. She know Maryland real estate like the back of her hand and have a plethora of knowledge to share with buyers and sellers alike.

Staying abreast of ever changing knowledge in my field is key to being a successful agent. She prides herself on attending the most recent classes to stay abreast of the latest laws, ethics and trends. She has also attended the prestigious Buyer Specialization training through Howard Britt/Starpower University.

Besides, experience, there are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and having a high-quality professional network.
