Prior to her real estate career, Susan spent over 18 years with Starbucks Coffee as a business development and regional sales manager. She negotiated contracts for the franchise and foodservice programs with Fortune 500 Companies, growing the Florida region from $200k to $28M.

Since 2016, Susan has leveraged those sales, marketing, and negotiating skills as a full-time REALTOR®. She develops custom marketing plans for each client resulting in a sale at the highest possible price in the shortest period. She utilizes cutting edge marketing delivered to the right audience so that the information gets in front of the property’s next owner. As a Certified Home Staging Consultant, she will ensure that your home looks its best for photo shoots and showings.

Originally from Greensboro, N.C., Susan has lived in Pittsburgh, Tampa, and Atlanta. She has made Boca Raton her home since 1998. She enjoys travel, playing the piano, Pilates, and giving back to her community by volunteering for organizations such as The Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County, the Boca Raton Museum of Art, and Dolphins Challenge Cancer.
