I first met Susan back in September, 2020 when her name showed as the realtor for a property I saw on line that interested me. Though the intended property did not work out, from that date, Susan became my realtor of choice and was out there looking for a house which would meet my "requirements". When she found "the" house, I think she was as excited as I was, if not more. She knew exactly what was important to me and when I agreed this was "the" house, she worked to make sure my offer was accepted. She made the whole process with mortgage company and attorney go smoothly and, a little over 2 months later, I moved into my house. Susan also said that closing the deal would not mean she'd disappear. And, that was totally true. She keeps in touch during holidays and has remained a friend who I can call with questions and concerns I might have. I recommend her services, 100%, to anyone out there looking for a new house.
