I can not say enough about how great Brian and his team was! We worked with Brian for well over a year and throughout that time he showed us over 30 homes, often getting us a viewing the same day. There was never a home he couldn’t get us in! Brian was even willing to show some homes twice as my wife and my schedules wouldn’t alway align. Brian was always available for a phone call, and his knowledge in the industry was second to none; we truly valued his opinions! After assisting us with over 20 offers, we finally made settlement on our forever home! Brian was with us every step of the way and we would recommend him and his team to anyone!

As I think over the last 18 months, I can’t help but think that we probably would not have made it through the whole process if it were not for Brian. We really enjoyed working with Brian to find our new home! As first-time homebuyers we appreciate how informative he was and how he answered any questions we had and offered up a ton of helpful information during walkthroughs as far as things to look for, what may need to be replaced soon, etc. He was also very flexible and responsive and was able to schedule showings and coordinate offers on a very quick turnaround which was critical in the competitive market.

We were referred to Susan and Brian by a very trusted friend and they did not disappoint! We were moving to PA from the MidSouth and the team made sure that whenever we were in the state, they were available for us to see whatever houses were available. They were available to do a virtual walkthrough when we were not able to make it to the area. Our situation was an unusual one, but Brian and Susan made sure that we were kept aware of each step of the process.
