My name is Susan Martinez. I am a native New Yorker and have been a Manhasset resident for over 15 years. For the past 24 years I have worked as a multiple dwelling property owner and manager in the investment real estate industry. I have now dedicated my expertise to include residential real estate sales.

As a long-time Manhasset resident, I have great insight into and love of the community. I am the proud mother of Daniel and Alexandra with whom I spend much of my time doing things like attending concerts, finding new restaurants and exploring new places. I love to read and watch all things home improvement and design. One of my favorite things to do is walk and enjoy the peace and beauty of my neighborhood. I am a member of St. Mary's Rosary Society where I participate in fundraising and other community events. I have recently taken up Yoga which I enjoy very much.
