My review is going to sound as if it were written by Susan's mom because of how positive it is, but I assure you, it's all true :)

Susan was my agent in selling my home and performed many different roles in the process - designer, market analyst, therapist (jk), coordinator, negotiator and ultimately friend. Trying to sell a home during a pandemic is not generally advisable but Susan kept me grounded and positive and moving forward. I can't imagine going through this process with anyone else.

Susan is as dependable and honest as they come. She was always there for me.

I highly recommend Susan.

Susan was not only great and knowledgeable in her profession but she she took her each individual client to "the extra mile." She truly cared and not only did I take her advice and sell my home, yes home, in 3 weeks but she did so keeping my health issues in mind. Not only was I sent another angel in her but she introduced me to a "packer" Adriana who is yet another angel. Both are very special people in my life.

You go through phases in your life and this is a particularly hard one to go through. Susan did it with such grace and a knock on the head when I was simply being stubborn. You have quite an asset. I met three lovely women in the selling of my home
and that excludes neighbors and friends.

It goes without saying I would recommend Susan to everyone I know. She sold an old townhouse and put it on the market prior to Thanksgiving. She's incredible.

Susan was a pleasure to work with. She is dedicated, hard working, and knows the real estate market. She gave the advise, direction and connections we needed to sell our house in a short time during the Covid pandemic. Her staging of the home really helped to make the house sell.
