About Susan

Before becoming a Property Manager, Susan was a Mortgage Broker for over 25 years. Her firsthand experience includes having designed and built homes including several remodels. Being an effective Property Manager requires the ability to be organized, to be able to communicate, to be able to pay attention to detail, and to be responsive to others’ needs.

Susan feels she is the glue that keeps owners and tenants together for a successful partnership. Susan is a widow and mother of three sons and three grandchildren. She first moved to Rancho Bernardo in 1970.
