About Susan

Susan first became interested in residential real estate and relocation after she earned her JD/MBA and worked in the Legal and HR Departments at General Mills. In that capacity, Susan saw first-hand the practical and emotional challenges relocating and moving can present. Driven by a passion to improve that experience, Susan started Premier Relocation & Real Estate Services in 1996 to provide real estate and relocation services to C-Suite level corporate executives. She quickly expanded her clientele to professional athletes, the Chicago film and TV industry, and existing and prospective Chicago residents who seek to purchase, sell, or rent in the Chicagoland area. Over the last 25 years, Susan has achieved unparalleled success in the Chicago real estate market, including selling the highest priced home in Chicago at $58 million, highest priced residential lots in the suburbs at $24 million, highest priced condo rental at $85,000/mo, and closing over $850 million in transactions.

Susan’s clients value her relentless pursuit of their best interests, creativity, market knowledge, and even market making ability. Recognizing her expertise, high-end developers turn to Susan for pre-construction advice and to pre-sell condos before they hit the market. Susan’s longstanding relationships with developers and other leading brokers enable her to provide clients with access to many unlisted properties.

During the recent pandemic, Susan expanded her company’s reach even further by obtaining her broker’s license in Florida and joining Celebrity Advisors, a nationwide network of top brokers to whom Susan refers prospective buyers in popular destinations throughout the U.S. and Cabo. Susan is a member of various professional and charitable organizations such as The Entrepreneurs Organization of Chicago, Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, Chicago Bar Association, and Women’s Business Development Group. She also places a high priority on supporting organizations whose mission is to help the homeless population.
