About Susan

Susie has 19+ years of full-time experience, she is a seasoned veteran of the Tampa Bay real estate market. Real estate is not her first career, however. Susie brings the business acumen from her MBA and 15 years in medical information systems, and the empathy and problem-solving skills from her 8 years as an ICU nurse to the table as well.


Susie passionately believes that MOVE is a 4-letter word whether you are moving across the street, or across the country. She is honored to say that at this point in her career her business is almost completely referral based. Most of Susie’s clients are repeat clients or referred by repeat clients. In 2020 Susie had the pleasure of completing a sixth transaction with a client. They do not come back that many times unless they are happy. You might say that her client base is her biggest advertising asset. Susie work energetically and tirelessly to maintain those relationships with my current and past clients.
