Susan OBrien

Growing up in Monmouth County as a child of a Realtor, Susan understands the needs of sellers and buyers. She has worked in Real Estate offices starting when she was in High School and in summers through college. Susan knows the fundamentals of what is most important to Buyers and Sellers.

After college Susan took a break from Real Estate to work in the Fashion Industry for 14 years , leading a team of Designers Buyers and Planners ,travelling globally negotiating and marketing for major Retail Companies Such as Macys and NY & Company managing a $350 million /year business.

Susan’s husband and she chose to move back to the area after living in NYC and Hoboken to raise their three boys. She understands those buyers looking to come to Monmouth and Ocean Counties and its beach towns, and how to market to them.

16 years in Real Estate, has sold in Great recession, post Sandy during Covid-19 seen marketed and sold successfully in all markets. Susan got back into the industry in time for the great recession and some of the worst markets on record, when many were turning away from Real Estate, she was able to help many buy or sell homes in bad and good markets. She has sold in Buyers markets and in Sellers markets from post Sandy to the Covid-19 craze. Learning and improving every year.

For those who know Susan, they know her determination to complete the NYC Marathon 3 times is the same she shows for her clients. When she is not guiding her clients to their dreams, she is taking care of her husband and three boys. Susan loves to entertain and cook (check out my Instagram), setting up movies on our outdoor big screen, or supporting the local high school and community. You can also see Susan every morning walking (since her running days are behind her).
