Susan Padgett

Suzi is the Sales Manager for the Annapolis and Ellicott Offices. She has been managing real estate offices in Maryland since 1990. Suzi is well known as a strong advocate for her agents and their clients. She has helped thousands of real estate professionals establish and grow their businesses throughout her career. She is recognized industry-wide for her market knowledge, high professionalism, and training programs at all levels.

Suzi is deeply rooted in serving those she works with and the community. She serves on several local non-profit boards, including HCAR Cares and Leadership Howard County. Suzi and her husband, Don Barrick, enjoy traveling and spending time with their three grown children and two grandchildren.
