Sue Parks was amazing! Bottom line up front, she got us a price tens of thousands of dollars higher than we ever thought we could after 6 days on the market. We decided to sell a house we've been renting out for years, and needed much work after the last tenant. She talked us through our options, recommended key repairs and renovations, found us an excellent contractor to do the work, and got us top dollar in very short time frame. She took time to explain all along the way and was super pleasant! I recommend Sue very highly. - John Keenan
