Susan Perez

Susan has been listing and selling homes since 1987. She specializes in resale, first time homebuyers, new homes and land, fixer uppers, investments, foreclosures, and bank owned properties. She has a vast amount of knowledge of the real estate industry as well as the mortgage industry.

Before Susan began listing and selling real estate, she was an investor. Her husband of over 40 years was a contractor so they bought and sold many homes over the years. Susan used to be the head of a large company that dealt with settling old debt for their customers. She was also an assistant to a mortgage broker. All this knowledge and work experience was helpful when she began her real estate career.
