Susan was great through our whole transaction. We were out of state and she made the complete process easy in a very competitive and fast moving market. She is very knowledgeable of the area and has lots of good information on both residential and vacation rental properties. She worked all hours of the night finding properties and accommodated our odd viewing hours since we were driving from out of town. She stayed on top of everything and we closed on time. We will definitely be using her on our next purchase in the area!

Over the last few years Susan has sold two of my homes. She is always on the ball. She will always follow up with you before you even think about it. You can’t beat her knowledge and experience for the Alabama gulf coast. If she gives suggestions it’s in your best interest to take it because she knows what’s she’s talking about.
